Day of violence unfolds as Hong Kong enters sixth month of protests
Hong Kong was rocked by a day of chaos after a Hong Kong protester was shot by a policeman and required emergency surgery.
During the incident in Sai Wan Ho on the morning of November 11, 2019, three live rounds were fired by a traffic police officer.
Protesters spread out to locations across the city, disrupting traffic, forming flash mobs and vandalising places of business and MTR stations as anti-government protests entered their sixth month.
In one horrific incident, a man was deliberately set on fire, reportedly during an argument with protesters.
