Despite the rapid approach of powerful Tropical Storm Wipha, hundreds of protesters have gathered outside a Hong Kong court to support more than 40 demonstrators who face rioting charges. The 28 men and 16 women were arrested on Sunday, July 28, 2019, in connection with a demonstration that turned violent in the city's central business district.
