Pearl Dragon at Studio City has an elegant interior. The main dining area overlooks the casino floor behind a glass window, but for privacy, there are nine elegant rooms of various sizes.

This Michelin-star restaurant is helmed by chef Lam Yuk-ming, who creates excellent Chinese dishes with modern twists. His signatures include double-boiled silkie fowl with sea conch and Chinese herbs, scrambled egg whites with bird’s nest, scallop and crab roe, and braised wild fish maw in abalone sauce. The dim sum is also good with sharing dishes of baked honey-glazed barbecue pork puffs, steamed lobster dumplings and steamed walnut custard buns.
