Emmer is an ancient grain that is a predecessor of the wheat we know today, and it is this special ingredient that is infused into the pizzas here. Apart from pizza, the eatery offers all sorts of pasta, panini and a deli counter. Happy hour runs from 4pm until 7pm with house drinks priced at HK$38 each.
