New opening: Sushi Zushi
The dining group behind Ana Ten and Sushi Ima adds this “smart” restaurant to its repertoire of Japanese restaurants. Diners just need to scan a QR code to place their order directly via the restaurant’s app and their dishes will be delivered by a swift and efficient “Express Guppy” – an automated delivery system that runs on tracks through the establishment.

New opening: Dang Wen Li by Dominique Ansel

The city has not been this excited about desserts since Lady M opened in Hong Kong. Creator of the cronut, Dominique Ansel, has opened a brand new Hong Kong inspired bakery at Harbour – and guess what? There isn’t a cronut in sight. Instead Hongkongers are in for treats such as pineapple bun with tropical pineapple lime and passion fruit jam, coconut dacquoise and salted mascarpone cream, as well as the adorable lemon tea juice box made with bergamot curd, Earl Grey mascarpone mousse and almond biscuit.
