Bleeping fantastic: Gordon Ramsay to open Maze Grill Hong Kong in October
British celebrity chef scheduled to open his third Hong Kong restaurant, on fourth floor of Ocean Centre, in Tsim Sha Tsui
British celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay is opening his third restaurant in Hong Kong in early October, according to his Hong Kong partners, Dining Concepts.
Ramsay is also known for his use of colourful language in his reality television shows such as Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares and Hell’s Kitchen.

Maze Grill Hong Kong will open in Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui, at the new Ocean Terminal glass house area, next door to à nu retrouvez-vous on the shopping mall’s fourth floor.

“Dining Concepts is partnering with Gordon Ramsay to bring his Maze Grill concept to the new Ocean Terminal extension of Hong Kong’s Harbour City in October,” the company told the South China Morning Post this morning.
Maze Grill Hong Kong will be Ramsay’s third restaurant partnership with Dining Concepts, after Bread Street Kitchen, which opened in Lan Kwai Fong in 2014, and London House, which opened on the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront, a year later.
