Cauliflower wings are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional chicken wings, and actress Natalie Portman is a huge fan.

Portman is not only an award-winning actress, but also a long-term vegan, and she often posts her culinary creations on Instagram. Using egg replacer and a vegan butter hot sauce in her recipe, she cooks the wings in an air fryer for a satisfying low-calorie snack.

Grilled watermelon

Cooked watermelon has been making waves this year, with savoury versions of the fruit appearing on the menus of restaurant chains like Wagamama in the UK and TGI Friday’s in the US.

Popular YouTuber and vegan chef Gaz Oakley creates a mouth-watering version by marinating a whole watermelon, grilling it over an open fire on the beach, and carving it like prime rib. It’s almost impossible to tell that this is a cooked fruit when he slices into it.
