Award-winning chef Osborn has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe including in London, where he was the first Australian chef to achieve one and two Michelin stars at L’Autre Pied and Pied-à-Terre, respectively. The food on the à la carte and set menus is seasonal, unpretentious and delicious. Some vegetables are grown on the terrace; the rest are cultivated locally.
