Ocean Park is hosting its annual Halloween Fest 2017 for 16 days from October 5th to October 31st, featuring 10 attractions with 12 experiences, the biggest Halloween Fest so far.
Some notable attractions this year are Rise of the Ancient Evil, a Jiangshi-themed area filled with necromancers and arcane magic altars; and Kowloon Ghost City, a ghostly re-imagination of the historic Kowloon Walled City populated with the now-undead denizens of the infamous area.
If you’re up for scarier events, check out “SAW”, presented by Blue Girl Beer; it features recreations of the games and death traps from the Lionsgate movie series SAW, the 8th instalment of which will come out on October 26th.
Additionally, the PHOBIA Experience is a trio of attractions; Phobia 17, an attraction that features rooms filled with scary challenges; Dark Maze, where participants must find their way out of a pitch-black maze; and Down to Hell, where guests are dropped from a height of three storeys.
For younger audiences, there will be attractions such as Whiskers & Friends Halloween Party, where participants can make Halloween masks and take selfies with the Ocean Park mascots, dressed up in Halloween costumes; and Spooky Candy Factory, where kids can collect sweets at Hong Kong’s “longest outdoor walk-through trick-or-treat trail”.
Halloween Fest 2017 will run from October 5th, and will be open to the public for October’s weekends, October 5-8, 13-15, 19-22, 26-29, and culminating on the 31st.
