The Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (AFCD) is a Hong Kong-based governmental body dedicated to conserving the natural environment and safeguarding ecological integrity. The AFCD is responsible for biodiversity conservation, controlling endangered species trade, and providing technical support to local farmers and fishermen.
