One feature of the office is its commitment to being environmentally friendly.

Young Post has moved its HQ to spanking new offices in Times Square, in Causeway Bay. The South China Morning Post has moved its editorial teams into Tower 1.

One feature of the office is its commitment to being environmentally friendly with no disposable cutlery, and bins marked for recycling. Hooray for us!

Bands coming in to play for Live@YP will now be able to have their music broadcast on in-house television screens for more people to enjoy.

The office also comes with a video recording studio, complete with an anchor desk, and a green room for guests to relax before interviews. Overhead cameras look promising for “unboxing” videos, so keep your eyes peeled for our Facebook live shows.

The office is decorated in the company’s new blue and yellow colours, which reflect its links with the port of Hong Kong. SCMP had started out as a shipping news paper. The new company logo looks very much like the shipping flag for the letter “K”, which also means “I want to communicate with you”.

Student of the Year 2014 Artist Rainbow Tse Lok-yau was commissioned to do a painting for one of the meeting rooms, named The Peak. So naturally, Rainbow did a mural of The Peak and painted her name into the South China Morning Post’s history.
