Congrats, DBS!

Diocesan Boys’ School football team were crowned champions of the boys’ A-Grade Inter-School Football Competition (Division One – Hong Kong Island and Kowloon) today. The elated team beat West Island School in a 2-0 defeat at the finals at Shek Kip Mei Park.

The teams were tied 0-0 after 35 minutes of fierce competition. Although DBS played a high-pressing game, attacking their opponents more, WIS's defence was also impressive.

In the second half, DBS's team captain Sun Ming-him, 16, scored the two goals that secured the championship.
