Allan Zeman

盛智文

Born in Montreal, Zemand has called Hong Kong home since 1975. He founded the California Restaurant in 1983 in Hong Kong’s Lan Kwai Fong, and developed the area into the city’s premier night life district. Zeman chaired Ocean Park Hong Kong between 2003 and 2014. He was appointed the non-executive chairman of Wynn Macau in February 2018.
