JD Health is the healthcare arm of e-commerce giant JD.com. It is the biggest online healthcare platform and retail pharmacy in China by revenue. The company's pharmaceutical and healthcare product retailing business, selling to both businesses and consumers, promises delivery within 30 minutes. It also offers online telemedicine, including specialist services and traditional Chinese medicine. The number of active users on its platform surpassed 168 million in June 2023.
