1 A little ball of fluff
Just like animal lovers everywhere, I want a pet for Christmas. If I could choose, I would love a chinchilla over any other pet in the world. Why? Simply because they're the cutest and fluffiest!

2 Party time
Even though my birthday is on December 28, I've already had my party. So for Christmas, I want another one. It has always been my dream to have two birthday parties in the same year!

3 Family fun
I'm not bothered about presents this Christmas. I'd just like to spend more time with my family. My dad is really busy with work and has to travel overseas often. I hope he can take a break at Christmas and spend a day or two with me.

4 Cold comfort
If you are badly behaved, the only present Santa will bring you is a sack of coal. But the weather's so cold at the moment, I wouldn't mind that to keep warm!

5 A riot of colour
I think Christmas itself is already a great gift. The streets of Hong Kong are normally boring but during the holidays they are lit up with colourful lights and everybody is in a good mood. Also, I get to watch as much TV as I want without worrying about homework!

6 Numbers game
Exams are fast approaching and out of all the subjects, maths scares me the most. So my ideal gift for Christmas is to be as gifted in maths as Shakuntala Devi, who was known as the "human computer". That would make my life far easier.

7 Angelic thoughts
Dear Santa, all I want for Christmas is snow! I would love a white Christmas, where snowflakes filled the sky and I could play in the snow. I'd make snow angels all day!

8 Caught in two minds
There's so much violence and war going on around the world that all I want for Christmas is peace. But if Santa still has some space in his sack, I wouldn't mind an Xbox One!

9 Wintry gift
People think socks are the most boring of all Christmas presents, but it's winter now and I always forget to buy them myself. So this year I hope my friends and family aren't so thoughtful with their presents and decide to buy me this unexciting gift. I need something to warm up my freezing feet!

10 Cashing in
I never seem to get what I want for Christmas, and I already have way too many pairs of underwear. I think it would be easier for everyone if people gave me cold, hard cash. Then I could buy exactly what I want myself.
