Eran Chan is a personal trainer who was born and raised in the UK and is now based in Hong Kong. A life-long passion for sport and fitness, which was unfortunately littered with many injuries, led to a first-class degree in sport and exercise science with sports injuries. Personal training eventually became the best path for him to follow in order to help those who find themselves in similar situations and struggling with injuries. Having dedicated his entire life so far to studying and working in the fitness industry in the UK and Hong Kong, he's accumulated experience specialising in body transformations and various other training systems, and he now brings a well rounded approach to his personal training suitable...
