Racing Incident Report
Race Three: (789) - UNCOMPROMISING INTEGRITY 1200M HANDICAP - Class 4 - 1200Meters
FANTASY SPRING began awkwardly, shifted out and bumped the hindquarters of MY ECSTATIC, resulting in MY ECSTATIC becoming unbalanced and FANTASY SPRING losing ground.
VAST STARLIGHT was steadied in the early stages and shifted across behind runners from a wide barrier to obtain cover.
Approaching the 1100 Metres, HAPPY DAILY was momentarily awkwardly placed close to the heels of GENERAL TRUMP which shifted in.
After this, HAPPY DAILY travelled keenly.
When being steadied to obtain cover after the 1100 Metres, BLOOMING WELL got its head up on a number of occasions and travelled very keenly.
HAPPY DAILY made the turn at the 900 Metres awkwardly.
Passing the 800 Metres, AUGUST MOON, which was travelling keenly, was awkwardly placed close to the heels of STREET SCREAM.
Passing the 250 Metres, WINSTON'S LAD was shifted out to obtain clear running.
Throughout the race, MY ECSTATIC and GENERAL TRUMP travelled wide and without cover.
A veterinary inspection of HAPPY DAILY and HAPPY GATHERING immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
STREET SCREAM and MY ECSTATIC were sent for sampling.

Street Scream quickened nicely to win comfortably 50m out after settling behind midfield and one off the fence with cover from a perfect draw. It was a vastly-improved effort following a stable change and he appears to have the tools to head higher from here. Plunged to jump favourite My Ecstatic kept on well to grab second close to home after chasing the speed wide without cover. It was a return to form with a step back to the 1,200m despite carrying top weight. Winston's Lad ran on steadily to edge Takingufurther for second after peeling off the tiring Monster Kaka passing the 200m following a handy run on the fence. He can bob up at any moment in this grade. Takingufurther gave a cheeky sight dictating the run from gate three. It was one of his better runs in a while but he was stepping out off a career low in the ratings. Lightly-raced August Moon ran on without menacing travelling third from the rear with money for him late. He's shown some signs of coming around in three of his past four starts. Early favourite Monster Kaka weakened 100m out following a pace-stalking run. He's still a maiden and always a risk at short odds.
