Racing Incident Report
Race Three: (86) - PEDDER HANDICAP - Class 3 - 1200Meters
ELON shifted out at the start and inconvenienced JAZZ CLUB and CLASSIC POSH.
TRADER shifted in on jumping and bumped DYNAMIC SPIRIT.
After this, DYNAMIC SPIRIT was steadied to obtain cover.
A veterinary inspection of VALIANT ELEGANCE immediately following the race including an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of mucus in its trachea and also found the horse to be a "roarer??which had previously been reported.
A veterinary inspection of TRADER immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
STREET SCREAM and FIVE ELEMENTS were sent for sampling.

Street Scream won going away in a good time after jumping fastest and travelling in the box seat. A back-to-back winner this season, he has really come into his own with age and can win again. Favourite Five Elements ran on nicely to grab second after his rail run in midfield. He was able to build on his third-place effort last month and can break through at any moment. Solar Winds ran on nicely to finish a clear-cut third after making his run one-off-the-fence in midfield. He has shown natural progress in his three starts this term. Dynamic Spirit ran on nicely to add value to the quartet after trailing the field until the last 100m. It was a much better performance after he switched to Happy Valley for his third Hong Kong run. Valiant Elegance knocked up 100m out after working to the lead from gate seven. His big weight took its toll after he had resumed a winner last month. Classic Posh ran on without menacing after biding his time one from the rear. He is still trying to find his legs this season. Elon came up flat after his one-out, one-back run. He has done little in his three outings and likely requires rating relief. Trader weakened after prompting a genuine pace from the widest draw. Prefer him on a win line in Class Four.
