Recap by phillip woo

Everyone's Star travelled smoothly on the rails from behind midfield before rallying nicely along the inside to take control 100m out for a first win from four local runs. He will remain in the grade and can win again. Punted late Beauty Glory just held on for second after dictating the run as expected from gate two. He can getaway with a race shortly after filling the frame in five of his past six starts. Favourite Harold Win just failed to get up for second after chasing the speed one off in third. It was another honest performance. Silvery Breeze ran on well for fourth after working off the fence for a clear run 150m out following a patient ride five back on the fence. It was a good effort at his first run following a mishap when failing in a race in February. Eighty Light Years was impeded late after a speed-tracking run from gate 13. He should have finished closer. Lost Child ran on late to just miss fifth after a one-off trip from behind midfield. He's produced better efforts in his past two starts and can win if he drops to Class Four.
