Horse No 1 TRIUMPHANT MORE (J489) A Badel A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 2 YOUNG SUPERSTAR (J400) Y L Chung Jumped awkwardly and made contact with the left side of its barrier.
Horse No 3 MODULECONSTRUCTION (H127) L Hewitson Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 4 PAKISTAN LEGACY (J363) Z Purton After the event Z Purton stated that after holding an on-pace position his mount responded only fairly to his riding in the Home Straight and was somewhat disappointing.
Trainer W Y So confirmed that PAKISTAN LEGACY had worked well leading into today's race and he could offer no explanation for its performance.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 5 SUPER INFINITY (J320) L Ferraris Over the final 100 Metres could not be ridden out when held up for clear running behind MODULECONSTRUCTION.
Horse No 7 ALL ROUND WINNER (K382) J Orman Jumped only fairly.
Horse No 8 MAJESTIC EXPRESS (J244) A Atzeni In the middle stages raced keenly and leaving the 1000 Metres got its head up when being steadied away from PAKISTAN LEGACY.
Between the 400 Metres and the 250 Metres had difficulty obtaining clear running.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 9 MAGIC HALLOW (J329) P N Wong Jumped awkwardly.
After the event Apprentice P N Wong stated that the instructions were to go forward.
She said when her mount did not show sufficient pace to cross runners to her inside it was obliged to race wide and without cover.
She said with the horse stepping up in distance today it did not finish the race off due to the wide run.
Horse No 11 SOLID IMPACT (E447) M F Poon Bumped on jumping.
Horse No 12 WINNING DATA (H230) K De Melo Near the 300 Metres was hampered when SOLID IMPACT shifted out to improve, resulting in WINNING DATA being taken wider.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.

Moduleconstruction tracked the leader Young Superstar from gate 11 before claiming the lead 150m out and keeping on gamely for a fourth win and two on the bounce from 15 starts. Sensationally-backed Majestic Express ran on well for second after a one-off trip from midfield. He rarely produces a bad run over the Sha Tin 1,200m. Blazing Wind found a couple too good after a box-seat run. It was another honest performance. Young Superstar grudgingly gave way after driving to the lead along the inside 900m out. It was a return to form after disappointing three times. Well-backed Super Infinity didn't have a clear crack at them near the inside 50m out following a rails run from midfield. He should have finished closer. Solid Impact made good ground late with one wider out after a wide with cover trip travelling behind midfield from gate 10. He's one to keep safe from a better draw. Favourite Pakistan Legacy came up empty when the whips were cracking after a handy run with cover. He was disappointing.
