Settled near last, Beauty Joy quickened nicely down the centre to win going away 50m out for a seventh win from 43 starts. He had been quite honest without winning in 10 other runs this term. Cap Ferrat just held on for second after a wide with cover trip from behind midfield. He has run well in three straight runs following his Derby win. Plunged late Bundle Award zipped home down the outside to just miss second prize money after settling last from gate 13. It was solid effort in defeat. Pray For Mir grudgingly gave way after dictating the gallop from gate eight. It was a good run after copping 21 points for a win last start. Nimble Nimbus ran on steadily for fifth without threatening the top four after a one-off trip from midfield. Chancheng Glory wasn't beaten far in the end after chasing the speed three wide without cover in third from gate 12. He had an excuse.
