Recap by phillip woo

Fashion Legend travelled one off better than midfield, rushed to the lead 200m out and was too smart for a second dirt 1,650m win this season. Leslie ran on nicely to grab second after making his run five back and one off the fence. It was a good run on his return to the dirt 1,650m. Spangle Fortune stayed on third best after chasing the leading pair from gate five. He rarely produces a bad run on this surface. Punted late All Are Mine got up for fourth after improving to travel midfield on the fence coming to the final bend. It was his best run of the campaign. Charming Steed tired late after rushing to the front 400m out following a speed-tracking run from the widest draw. Stormi ran on steadily for a minor cheque after a one-off trip from behind midfield.
