Race Six : (803) - CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT 1400M HANDICAP - Class 4 - 1400Meters
Horse No 1 BEAUTY GLORY (E459) Y L Chung Bumped on the hindquarters soon after the start.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 4 KNOW AT HEART (K108) K Teetan After being crossed by SOMETHING JONAH near the 1000 Metres then commenced to race keenly, got its head up and shifted out when being steadied away from SOMETHING JONAH near the 900 Metres.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 5 SIMPLE HEDGE (H237) B Thompson Between the 400 Metres and the 300 Metres was held up for clear running when improving between RUN RUN TIMING and SOMETHING JONAH.
Horse No 6 EMBLAZON (K122) K C Leung After the event K C Leung reported that his instructions were to settle in a midfield position.
He said from a wide barrier when his mount commenced well he committed to holding an on-pace position.
Horse No 7 INNO SUPER (K319) L Ferraris Jumped only fairly.
Near the 150 Metres was steadied when momentarily crowded by JOLLY JUMPER which shifted in before being corrected by its rider A Badel.
Horse No 8 SMILING ONE (K336) H Bentley Slow to begin.
Noted to have lost its right hind plate after the race.
Horse No 9 KA YING RADIANCE (K134) Z Purton After the event Z Purton stated that when asked for an effort in the Home Straight his mount did not stretch out and he had some concerns with its action.
Trainer D A Hayes stated that KA YING RADIANCE raced wide throughout the event and he would now give the horse a break for the remainder of this racing season.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No 10 MEANINGFUL DRAGON (H453) A Hamelin Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 12 REWARDING TWINKLE (J368) M Chadwick Shifted out at the start and made contact with BEAUTY GLORY.
Horse No 13 SOMETHING JONAH (K024) M F Poon After the event M F Poon stated that he was instructed to hold a position forward of midfield as SOMETHING JONAH had been racing disappointingly when settling back at its most recent starts.
Horse No 14 RUN RUN TIMING (H403) K De Melo After the event K De Melo stated that his mount did not travel well throughout the race and finished the race off only fairly in the Home Straight.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
Horse No GOLDEN BRILLIANT (K347) K De Melo GOLDEN BRILLIANT, Standby Declared Starter, was withdrawn on 30.6.25 by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (lame right fore).
Before being allowed to race again, GOLDEN BRILLIANT will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

Rank outsider Meaningful Dragon was prominently placed out wide without cover from gate 14 and drew clear after hitting the lead 100m out for a maiden win at his sixth start. Favourite Beauty Glory just held on for second after dictating the pace as expected from gate 10. He's a winner waiting to happen in this grade. Solid Win dashed well down the outside to just miss a Quinella spot after a patient ride third last from gate 12. He's always a chance in this grade. Reward Twinkle ran on nicely with one wider out for fourth after a wide with cover trip from behind midfield. He was able to back up an improved third last start over the Valley 1,200m. Inno Super got up late for fifth without a clear run from the 250m until the 100m along the inside after a conservative run one from the rear. It was a much better performance wearing a shadow roll at just his second start. Bright Day faded after a box seat run. Simple Hedge ran on late without threatening through the centre after a patient ride at the rear. He requires a longer trip.
