Recap by phillip woo

Sunny Q weaved a run travelling one off from behind midfield to get up late for a maiden win at his eighth start. He was able to build on a badly held-up sixth last month. Favourite Do Your Part ran on nicely to finish a close second after a wide trip without cover from midfield. He's run well to place in four straight runs, including both starts this term, following a win. Sensationally-backed Lucy Man ran on well near the outside for third after making his run four from the rear. It was an improved effort with a step back to 1,200m at his second run this term. Incredible Moment plugged on for fourth after rushing forward three wide to battle for the front 750m out outside King Glorioso. Rewarding Twinkle just missed the frame after a one-off trip from better than midfield. He's building towards a win. King Glorioso was on his tippy toes 100m out after spearing straight to the front from gate three.
