Race Ten : (453) - YUE YEE HANDICAP - Class 3 - 1200Meters
Horse No 1 HELENE SUPAFEELING (L028) D B McMonagle Jumped only fairly.
Lay out in the Home Straight and near the 100 Metres shifted out towards ARMOUR WAR EAGLE, resulting in its rider D B McMonagle having to straighten the horse.
Horse No 3 DARYL FLASH (L168) Y L Chung Shifted out on jumping, resulting in its rider Y L Chung having to correct his mount.
Near the 900 Metres was steadied to avoid GLOWING PRAISES when racing keenly.
DARYL FLASH then continued to race keenly in the middle stages.
Horse No 6 CORNERSTONE (K519) H Bentley Jumped only fairly.
Horse No 7 MOUNT EVEREST (K237) M L Yeung M L Yeung reported that over the final 100 Metres his mount had difficulty obtaining clear running as he attempted to improve into a narrow run between JOKER ORBIT and FLYING FORTUNE.
Horse No 9 ARMOUR WAR EAGLE (J039) A Atzeni Jumped awkwardly.
Raced keenly in the early stages when being steadied to allow JOKER ORBIT to cross.
Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 10 FLYING FORTUNE (L057) K C Leung Jumped only fairly.
Horse No 11 KING OF FIGHTERS (K174) K Teetan Slow to begin and then was hampered shortly after the start when DARYL FLASH shifted out.
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race found that horse to be a "roarer"which had previously been reported.
Horse No 12 GOLDENTRONICMIGHTY (K002) A Badel Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.
A Badel stated that he was instructed to take up a more forward position than its most recent start as connections were of the opinion that there was a lack of pace in the race.
Horse No 13 HOT DELIGHT (K583) C Y Ho Sent for sampling post-race.
Horse No 14 JOKER ORBIT (L115) H T Mo H T Mo stated that he was instructed to take up a more forward position than its most recent start as connections were of the opinion that there was a lack of pace in the race.
Horse No 4 RED MAESTRO (L030) M Guyon Withdrawn on raceday morning by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (lame left fore).
Before being allowed to race again, RED MAESTRO will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

Raging favourite Hot Delight led one off from gate seven and was much too smart for a second win after a debut win last month in Class Four. He's got a very bright future. Armour War Eagle ran on steadily along the inside for second after a rails run from better than midfield. He's as honest as the day is long. Thriving Brothers stayed on well for third after a one-out, one-back run. He continues to race well in three of his past four starts after a 1,400m win in November. Helene Supafeeling made good ground late along the inside for fourth after making his run third last following a tardy start. It was a good run carrying top weight on the back of a muddling pace. Glowing Praises kept on well for fifth after a wide trip with cover from better than midfield. It was a pleasing effort carrying 7lb more following a win over the straight 1,000m.
