Recap by phillip woo

Punted late Solid Win had a one-ff trip in midfield and quickened nicely with two wider out to take control 80m out for a third win this campaign and second over the Valley 1,650m. So You Will stayed on for second after a rails run from better than midfield. It was a vastly improved effort with a switch to the Valley after finishing last in his opening two local runs over 1,400m. Telecom Fighters tired late for third after setting a strong pace in front from gate 11. It was a season-best effort, but he is a seven-time winner over the Valley 1,650m. Keefy ran on nicely down the outside to just miss a placing after making his run third last following a tardy start from gate 12. He was able to build on a ground-covering fifth last start. Fantastic Fun plodded away to just hold fifth after a prominent run on the fence. He will appreciate a return shortly to Class Four. Embraces came from last and near the outside for sixth. It was another okay effort. Favourite Win Beauty Viva ran on without threatening through the centre after a rails run from behind midfield. It was another typical sort of run and result this term.
