Sha Tin hosts another cracking day of action this Sunday, with the Group Two Premier Bowl (1,200m) the highlight of the meeting.
There are 10 races on the card and Owen Goulding is in the hot seat to provide an extended rundown of his selections.
Race 1 – Class Five Panasonic Air-Conditioner Handicap (1,800m)
Yiu Cheung Victory finally has a good draw to work from and, dropping in grade with Zac Purton aboard, he can take advantage of the step up to 1,800m.
Race 2 – Class Four Panasonic TV Handicap (1,200m)
Dashing Maurison has improved with each start and does not have much ground to make up with Motor and Winning Champion, with whom he gets a weight pull.
Race 3 – Class Four Panashop Handicap (1,200m)
Do Your Part has gone close in both his starts this season and he has drawn well to attack under 5lb claimer Ellis Wong Chi-wang.

Race 4 – Class Four Panasonic Smart Lock Handicap (1,600m)
The Heir had excuses when down the field from a wide draw two weeks ago, but this time he can strike late from a better draw under a jockey he gets on well with.
Race 5 – Class Four Panasonic Rice Cooker Handicap (1,200m)
Decision Link was drawn in the car park when doing best of those held up on his last start and from a better barrier this time, he can march home under Luke Ferraris.
Race 6 – Class Two Panasonic Cup Handicap (1,600m)
Mickley finally returns to the mile trip after a pair of nondescript runs over 1,400m this season. He has no weight on his back and will get a good sit from barrier three here.
Race 7 – Class Three Panasonic Vitalift Handicap (2,000m)
Gentlemen Legacy had some of these behind when easing to success on his only course and distance run and after shaping well on return over 1,800m, he can get back to winning ways.

Race 8 – Group Two Premier Bowl (1,200m)
The draw is not ideal, but Wunderbar had excuses when bumped around on return and he has always looked like a Group horse in waiting. Stepping back up to 1,200m will suit him and Andrea Atzeni is a very good super-sub.
Race 9 – Class Three Technics Headphones Handicap (1,000m)
Ace Champion ran a debut full of promise last season and has trialled well in the lead-up to his return. His useful pre-import form suggests he has plenty in the locker.
Race 10 – Class Three Panasonic Washer Dryer Handicap (1,400m)
Dazzling Fit was a horse on the rise last season, rattling off two wins before coming unstuck from a bad position on his last start. He can make amends on return.
