Recap by phillip woo

Ho Ho Feel held on nicely for the win after hitting the front 100m out travelling one-off behind midfield. He was knocking on the door in recent runs and the booking of Zac Purton worked out nicely. Gorgeous Again closed nicely travelling underneath the winner in the run to finish a close second. He was able to raise his game after some solid form in Class Five. Post-time favourite London Hall finished well for a placing travelling one-off in midfield. It was a good effort carrying more weight after winning his past two starts. Bullish Glory was hitting the line well after a patient ride second from the rear. He does appear from his past few runs to be nearing a bottom. Amazing Agility made some ground late near the inside without menacing from the rear of the field. He requires further relief in the ratings. Early favourite Dor Dor peaked on his run 100m out following a box-seat run. He might be better suited at a mile or 1,800m.

Racing Incident Report

Race Two: (752) - SHA TIN HEIGHTS HANDICAP - Class 4 - 2000Meters

FORTUNE PATROL began only fairly.

Shortly after the start, GORGEOUS AGAIN and AMAZING AGILITY were crowded for room between BULLISH GLORY and GREEN DISPATCH, both of which shifted ground.

After this, both BULLISH GLORY and AMAZING AGILITY were steadied to obtain cover.

After passing the winning post on the first occasion, BULLISH GLORY became badly unbalanced after getting its head on the side and shifting in towards the heels of FORTUNE PATROL.

Near the 1500 Metres, HO HO FEEL was shifted out away from the heels of GORGEOUS AGAIN, resulting in HAPPY ROCKY being taken wider.

After this, HAPPY ROCKY commenced to travel keenly when steadied to obtain a trailing position, however, was not able to do so and consequently travelled wide and without cover for the remainder of the race.

After the 1300 Metres, BULLISH GLORY got its head up when being checked away from the heels of HO HO FEEL.

Passing the 500 Metres, SKY GEM raced tight outside DOR DOR which shifted to the outside of GREEN DISPATCH.

Approaching the 300 Metres, FORTUNE PATROL was crowded for room between BULLISH GLORY and HAPPY ROCKY which shifted out away from LONDON HALL when giving ground.

A veterinary inspection of FORTUNE PATROL immediately following the race did not show any significant findings, however, the horse was unable to be scoped due to being fractious.

LONDON HALL, HO HO FEEL and GORGEOUS AGAIN were sent for sampling.
