Cindy Yang, also known as Li Yang, is a Chinese-American businesswoman and Republican Party fundraiser who started a chain of massage parlours in Florida. She hit the headlines in 2019 after New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft was charged with paying for sex at a parlour Yang formerly owned. She was subsequently accused of selling Chinese clients access to US President Donald Trump and other Republican politicians. Her lawyer has denied the claim, and the White House has said Trump does not know Yang, but Democratic members of the House and Senate have pushed for an FBI investigation into possible links between the two.
